Traditionally served as a winter-warmer, sloe gin is also great in the summer mixed with chilled lemonade or sparkling white wine.
Sloe Burner Cocktail:
35ml Lakeland Sloe Gin Liqueur
25ml Peach Schnapps – like Archers
100ml White Grapefruit juice.
Pink Grapefruit wedge to garnish.
In a cocktail shaker pour the Lakeland Sloe Gin Liqueur, Peach Schnapps and white grapefruit juice, shake and pour over ice, garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
