A really fab colour to this damson jam. There is a wonderful power to the damsons that have been allowed to sing in full voice. Great enjoyment.....bring on the scones!
A good colour and soft set. The damsons are very clear in flavour, there is a good balance of tartness, the skins are well cooked.
A tasty well made REAL damson jam, not plum masquerading as damson but the real thing. I loved the fact that it has a bit of 'bite' in that sweet/sour taste. Well done, I loved this.
