Our Cumberland Rum Butter is a delicious seasonal accompaniment to mince pies and Christmas cake, but we like to eat it throughout the year. While those in the south west may like their scones with clotted cream and jam - and in fairness, we do, too - there's also something very special about a warm fruit scone topped with rum butter that makes staying in and watching the rain fall outside feel like a real treat!
